Privacy Policy — Draft for Review

ISLAND X collects the information you submit to respond to applications and inquiries, and—only when you opt in—to send email or text updates. This may include your name, email, phone, team preference and application details.

We use this information for league updates, player and volunteer recruitment, sponsor conversations and event planning. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers helping deliver messages or host the site may process it on our behalf.

Email and text marketing are separate choices. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting privacy@islandxfootball.ca. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

We protect submissions with access controls and secure transport, and keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.

This is an initial draft and must be reviewed and approved by the organization before launch. Last updated: October 2026.
